You turn up around 10:00, we sort out the courts, and youâre playing within minutes. Games are mixed and relaxed. Afterwards, we head for a beer, coffee or brunch, which is where most friendships start.Never played padel? Perfect.
Half of us started as complete beginners. Regulars are happy to show you the ropes, and all levels are welcome.Who comes along
English speakers in their 30s from all over the world, as well as locals. Most of us live in Barcelona for good, so these are people youâll keep seeing, not just people passing through.The practical bit

Food & Drinks Festival for Expats: Vermut & Soul 2026 Barcelona
Port Olimpic de Barcelona, Port Olimpic de Barcelona, Moll de Mestral, 1540, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, Barcelona, ESJoin AmigoUp, a Barcelona expat and newcomer community, for a social afternoon at Vermut & Soul 2026, the vermouth festival at Port OlĂmpic on Saturday 7 November. Expect craft vermouth, food trucks, live music and DJ sets by the sea, and a friendly group to enjoy it with. Newcomers to Barcelona are very welcome.
