## 🟡 Barcelona Muscle-Up & Calisthenics Meetup

A friendly training group for anyone working toward their first muscle-up — or trying to improve their calisthenics strength in a motivating environment.
We train together in outdoor spots around Barcelona (beach parks, bars, and calisthenics areas), focusing on progression, technique, and consistency — not performance pressure.

### đź’Ş Who this is for

  • You can do (or are working toward) pull-ups and dips
  • You want your first muscle-up (or better form/strength)
  • Beginners and intermediate athletes are welcome
  • You don’t need to be “strong enough” already — just motivated

### đźš« Who this is NOT for

  • Ego lifting or competitive gym culture
  • Pressure to already be advanced
  • Solo training without guidance or structure

### 🏋️ What we do in each session

  • Warm-up & mobility (10–15 min)
  • Pull strength & explosive drills
  • Muscle-up progressions (false grip, transitions, technique)
  • Partner feedback & coaching style learning
  • Optional light conditioning / core work
  • Chill stretch (optional)

### 🌊 Vibe

Friendly, small group, no judgment.
We focus on progress, consistency, and learning together.
Even if you can only do a few pull-ups, you’re welcome to join and learn progressions at your level.

Usually outdoors in Barcelona (beach or calisthenics parks). Exact location is shared before each session.

### ⏱ Duration

60–90 minutes

### 🤝 First timers

If you’re new, just show up. You don’t need to be ready — that’s the point.
