[EN] No, the group isn't just for vegans! If you're interested in veganism (even if you don't follow a vegan diet yourself), you're welcome to join us. However, we ask that you only eat vegan food at our events.
[CAT] No, el grup no és només per a vegans/es! Si estàs interessat/da en el veganisme (encara que no segueixis aquest tipus d'alimentació), ets benvingut/da d'unir-t'hi. Sigui com sigui, demanem que només es prengui menjar vegà en les trobades.

Why do you ask that I only vegan food at events? Per què només es pot demanar menjar vegà a les trobades? ¿Por qué solo se puede pedir comida vegana en los encuentros?
[EN] This group exists for vegans in Barcelona to meet other vegans, but we're also here to introduce non-vegans to vegan food (and to vegans!). \

However, we want to provide an environment where attendees won't find themselves eating with people who are consuming meat or animal products. Therefore, we expect everyone to eat vegan food only at our events. Eating animal products at a vegan event would be very disrespectful. \

[CAT] Aquest grup és per a vegans de Barcelona que volen conèixer altres vegans, però també per introduir els no-vegans en el menjar vegà (i als vegans!).
Volem proporcionar un espai on els participants no es trobin menjant amb persones que consumeixen carn o productes animals. Per això, esperem que tothom mengi plats vegans en les nostres trobades. Menjar productes animals en una trobada vegana seria irrespectuós.
[ES] Este es un grupo para veganos de Barcelona que quieren conocer a otros veganos, pero también para introducir a los no-veganos en la comida vegana (¡y a los veganos!).
Queremos proporcionar un espacio donde los participantes no se encuentren comiendo con personas que consumen carne o productos animales. Por eso, esperamos que todos coman platos veganos en nuestros encuentros. Comer productos animales en un encuentro vegano sería irrespetuoso.

What are the rules of the group? Cuáles son las normas del grupo?
[EN]The group is a safe space with respect for all. We don't permit discrimination of any kind, whether racist, xenophobic, sexist, transphobic, homophobic or any other type of discrimination. We also don't allow sexual harassment, stalking or other behaviour against group members. Failure to comply could result in being banned from the group, with or without warning. If you have any concerns or have experienced this behaviour in the group, please get in touch with an organiser.

We will meet at Honest Greens Arc de Triomf at 1 pm.
We will enjoy some delicious food and stimulating conversation
After, we will go to the Ciudadela next to the fountain to dance salsa and bachata. We will join the Sin Salsa No Hay Paradiso group who meet every Saturday and Sunday in the park to dance salsa, bachata and merengue. Dancing is optional but it's a great way to burn the calories!
Please be on time, we will not be constantly checking messages for latecomers. We will be enjoying the present moment, the food and the company!

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR EVENTS:
- Our events are in English.
- No dogs.
- Our events are for approved members only.
- you must sign up for our events to join us. No gatecrashers or plus ones are allowed. If you have friends who wish to join, they are welcome to join the group. They must do this before attending.
- If you wish to join our group, you must have a profile picture. A picture of your pet or some scenery does not count.
- You must pay for what you consume at our venues.
- No-shows will be marked as such and will not be approved on the waitlist at future events.
- Please only sign up if you are sure you can come as places are limited.
- Last-minute cancellations are just as troublesome as no-shows as it means that those who were on the waitlist won't be able to attend.
- Our events are alcohol-free. Most members don't drink so if you're interested in enjoying a sober social life, our group is ideal. If you choose to drink alcohol, that is fine but drunkness will not be tolerated.
- Although the venue is not vegan, we are a vegan group, if you're intending to eat meat, please don't sign up for this event. We want to connect with people who share our values and/or are curious about veganism.
