About us

Barefoot training starts with a simple reality: our feet are “locked up” all day and barely move. And we all know what happens when muscles, tendons, and joints aren’t used regularly: they get weaker and less capable. That can show up as foot pain, instability, reduced balance, and sometimes even issues further up the chain like knee, hip, or back discomfort. This is exactly where barefoot training comes in.

What is barefoot training?

  • Training that improves how your feet sense the ground, move, and stabilize you
  • Focus on control, alignment, and coordination rather than intensity
  • No equipment needed

What we do in the sessions

  • Foot awareness and grounded standing
  • Arch activation and toe control
  • Balance and coordination drills
  • Ankle mobility and gentle strength work
-> Easy progressions and regressions for every level

Goals

  • Stronger, more resilient feet
  • Better balance and stability in daily life
  • Improved ankle mobility and control
  • A more efficient walking and running pattern
  • Less overload up the chain (ankles, knees, hips)

Who it’s for

  • Everyone !
and everyone is welcome, no prior experience required

You can go at your own pace and we modify everything
