What we’re about

When it comes to getting the most from your bariatric surgery there are 3 things that you need to get right, Exercise, Nutrition(eating), and Mindset/support. This group is built around those three ideas.

If you have gone through (or considering going through) weight loss surgery this is a great group to be apart of.

If getting into (or back into) exercise is something you need. We will have a small group workout class each week that will be open to all ability levels and will typically last about 45 minutes.

If you need the support/mindset part - we will be hosting an online support group that will be focused on helping you navigate all the parts of this new life. These groups will focus on eating habits, creating healthy boundaries, motivation, and any other topic the group wants to pursue.
