Let's make the most of the beautiful weather and take our yoga practice outside! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with Mother Nature, deepen your personal practice, and build community with each other. This class is open to all levels, with options offered to suit different levels of experience. We will begin with a 30min meditation to ground us, then move into a 60min mindful flow yoga sequence, before finishing with a relaxing savasana. Our focus will be on tuning into the body, connecting with the breath, and cultivating a sense of flow, harmony, and spaciousness. Through this mindful practice, we can foster healing in the physical body, leading to a more peaceful and focused mind, and an open heart.

You have the flexibility to join for the full 90-minutes starting at 6:30 PM, or arrive at 7:00 PM for the flow yoga session only.
Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email containing the exact location details.
In case of bad weather, the class will be rescheduled, and you will be notified.
Please bring your own mat and any other props or items you may need for your practice (e.g., a blanket, water bottle).

This class is donation-based, and you are also welcome to use your existing class pack credits.
