Join us for an evening of deep and authentic conversation, 1st of 2026!

This Support Circle offers a non-judgmental space where people can share openly about issues they might find challenging to discuss elsewhere. Whether it’s discussing physical & mental health, relationships, sexuality, career, family matters, and more - this is your place to be heard. Our mission is to create a safe space for both giving and receiving support.

Event Highlights:
• A settling mind meditation or body exercise to become present.
• Weekly Check-in & Reflection to be heard in a supportive space.
• Extended "Circles" which are 12-15m dedicated conversations centered on one members issue. Allowing to be heard and supported in any way that member needs.

Why Attend?
If you’re seeking a supportive community to help process some of the challenging experiences you're going through at work, in your relationships, or at home our circle is hear for you. When we are able to share moments of honesty and kindness with one another, we restore our humanity. Through sharing our personal journeys in our supportive group format you will be amazed at how much change is possible.

By the end of each gathering, you'll experience a renewed sense of lightness and compassion, empowering you to take inspired action, set creative goals, and move forward with a clearer mind and open heart.

Cost:
$15 to be collected on the day of the meeting via Paypal or Venmo.
Veteran members of the group (9+ circles) receive half off.
