Details

Blockchain has been more widely known for its use in BitCoin and other cryptocurrencies but the underlying technology has a lot more usage than just currency. The latest ideas ranging from managing music and composer details to tracking the design process.

We want to explore this technology by building something simple over a few evening sessions where we track the ownership in a secure and effective way.

What are we planning to do?

Have a bite to eat and then get started with the following (Yes, food will be provided!)

Session 1

• A quick overview of blockchain

• Decide on a goal for the sessions

• Build a simple blockchain for house ownership

• Build a crowdsale blockchain

• Shall we spend our time creating the underlying blockchain functionality and work out how to distribute it between us

• Or shall we use an existing blockchain platform like Etherium and learn how to program it and give it rules

• Split into any teams we might need and GO!
