WHAT WE'LL BE DOING
Exercising is good for the mind, body, and soul - and exercising that doesn't require a low monthly commitment of $XYZ is good for the wallet too - come out to the park and do some free, bodyweight workouts with us!

We'll start off with core movements and go over proper technique, range of motion, rep speed, rest between reps, and rest between sets, then put together a workout based on the group's interest. If you have any advanced movement(s) you want to work on, come with them in mind.

Let's start off meeting near the fitness area between the basketball court, tennis courts, and the parking lot, and then we can move over to the shaded area behind the picnic area.

I'll be leading a walk at 6:30, so if you stick around, that can be your cool-down/active recovery.

HOW TO GET THERE

Car:
A little more than 2 minutes (0.5 miles) after getting off of 680
Around 5 minutes (1.7 miles) after getting off of 880
