Let's meet for a casual yoga session at the park, then get boba from one of the boba shops nearby to start the week. We'll start with slow, full body mobility work, then do some flow yoga.
If you like yoga but don't like boba, you can also do just the yoga and skip the boba.
If you like boba but don't like yoga, you can skip just the yoga and join us for the boba.
This will be the first time we're trying this, so provide feedback on what you like/what we can change for the future!

NOTE: Bring your own mat! Also, I'm not a yoga instructor, so expect this to be less structured - on the bright side, this means you have more flexibility in requesting specific poses/stretches! We'll decide on the exact boba spot after we finish yoga.
