Let's take a hike at Lands End & explore one of the most scenic spots in San Francisco!
We will start by hiking along the shore through a mini paradise and enjoy amazing views of the ocean, cliffs, forest, Golden Gate Bridge, and beyond! Look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
Distance: 3-4 miles
Elevation gain: 450 feet
Easy hike overall with some more challenging steep and narrow areas.
Where to meet:
Let's meet at the Lands End visitor center at 680 Point Lobos Ave The hike should take about 3 hours, depending on the speed of the group.
Where to park:
Free parking is available at the Lands End visitor center. Additional parking is also available at the north end of El Camino Del Mar by the USS San Francisco Memorial.
What to bring:
One to two liters of water, sun screen/block, good walking/hiking shoes, and maybe a hat. Dress warm.
