Half-Price Movie Night: Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol at AMC Mercado 20
Details
Let's kick off the holiday season with a cheap movie night! We're seeing Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol, the new take on the Dickens classic with Johnny Depp, Daisy Ridley and Ian McKellen.
AMC tickets are half off on Wednesdays for AMC Stubs members, and the basic membership is free so sign up so sign up here: on this webpage and get your 50% off
The plan
6:30 PM: Meet in the lobby near the box office. Grab snacks, say hi, meet some new people
Around 7 PM: Movie starts (I'll update the exact showtime once AMC posts it)
After: Optional quick hang nearby for anyone who wants to talk about the movie
How to get your ticket
1. Sign up for AMC Stubs Insider (free) at amctheatres.com or in the AMC app
2. Buy your own ticket for the standard showing once I post the time. Skip IMAX and Dolby, those cost extra
3. I'll post my row in the comments once I book, so grab a seat close by and we can all sit together
Bonus: the small popcorn and drink combo is also half off on Wednesdays.
This event is shared between Bay Area Active & Social and Bay Area Millennials & Gen Z, so expect some new faces from both groups.
Please only RSVP if you're planning to come, and update your RSVP if plans change. Hope to see you there!
