About us
A casual group for exploring museums, cultural spots, and local events while keeping things affordable. Most events will either be available through Discover & Go, free, or low-cost options around the Bay Area. The goal is to experience new places and actually connect with people along the way, with time to walk through exhibits together and optional hangouts after. This is an open group, with an emphasis on being respectful, inclusive, and creating a comfortable space for everyone. A simple way to get out, try something new, and build community without spending much.

Starting to put this group together, so this is meant to be an easy, low-key way to get out, get some fresh air, and meet a few new people.
We’ll meet up, walk around, check out the animals, and just enjoy being outside. No pressure to stay the whole time.The tickets are through Discover & Go and are already available, but they go fast and right now only June dates are showing. If you’re interested, it’s worth grabbing a pass sooner rather than later: https://www.discoverandgo.org/ You’ll just need a library card to reserve one.
Planning to meet around 11 near the entrance, and we’ll take it from there.
