How to start self exploration?

Dear Friends, I am excited to schedule this meeting, where we will discuss the club vision.I look forward to you to come up and share your ideas, to help plan future activities of the club and participate in actively.I have been doing walks/hikes from few months with my family and during the walk we talk healthy :) Let's see how that works for meet ups.
