Bay Area in Their 40's First Time Dads

I'm interested in forming a group for dads who just had their child a little bit later in life because they might not of found Mrs. Right until recently, concentrated on their careers, or just wanting to have more fun before they decided to settle down. Whatever you situation may be, I was thinking of forming get-togethers to meet each others children in couples (like at the park), and as they grow, we can move onto play dates etc. Maybe even the dads can hang out together without the significant others and kids sometimes (maybe a baseball game here and there?). Just looking for a great way to meet other couples with children, and hope to build long lasting friendships for both parents and kids.
