Hiking at Shoreline Lake Park and Dinner

Please join us for an early evening hike at Shoreline Lake Park.
Shoreline is a vibrant oasis of preservation, recreation and entertainment, the 750-acre park is home to over 30 protected species and provides a wide range of recreation opportunities including: a robust trail system, a 50-acre sailing lake, an 18-hole championship golf course, a dog park, a kite flying area, as well as athletic fields, historic Rengstorff House and two restaurants.
Itinerary & Trail info: We will walk around the lake and then take another trail along the Bay. Total time there and back is 1.5 hours.
Where to park and meet: Parking is free but please arrive early to find parking. Park in the parking lot by the boathouse. If there is no parking in that lot, please turn around and park at the parking lot at Michael’s Restaurant and then just walk to the boathouse.
Details:
· The event will be rescheduled for another day in case of moderate to heavy rain.
- Please bring water, sunscreen, and layered clothing.
- The bathroom is located in front of the boat rental
- If you are running late, please walk along the lake and you will find us.
