We'll meet up, do a fun bit of training to get the day started.
The workout will be doable for all levels from first timers to advanced Kettlebell users. We'll focus on some skills specifically using the kettlebell but keep it fun.
If you'd like to join after, we'll grab some coffee at Zombie Runners near the farmers market afterwards.
