Details

We'll meet up, do a fun bit of Basic Kettlebell training to get the day started, then grab some coffee.

Please bring a Kettlebell if you have one.

The workout will be doable for all levels from first timers to advanced Kettlebell users. We'll focus on some skills specifically using the kettlebell but keep it fun.

If you'd like to join after, we'll grab some coffee at California Cafe near the farmers market on California Ave afterwards.
