Learning Analytics: Measuring the Effectiveness of Your Learning Programs
Details
Most learning and training programs ineffectively measure success with two metrics: attendance and class satisfaction. However, the reason why most organizations invest in training programs is to solve a challenging business problem or to change behavior. Very rarely are the results of these programs evaluated on business impact or organizational change.
In this event, we will look beyond the "smile sheet" and discuss ways to measure the impact of your learning and training programs.
Doors open at 5:30 pm and we’ll have time for networking and food.
Presentations officially start at 6:00 pm, with each speaker presenting for about 30-35 minutes, followed by an open Q&A with all the speakers at the end.
