Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Discover the transformative power of mantras with Ven. XianMiao, a Buddhist nun trained in the Chan tradition. In this session, you will learn about the practice of mantras. In particular we will recite three mantras that have helped our students to improve their mental health.
