Chan meditation helps unblock energy blockages, boost focus, and strengthen resilience, so you can face daily challenges with renewed strength.

Venerable XianJin enjoys challenging her students, helping them push past mental limitations and make real progress in their meditation practice. Whenever possible, Venerable XianAn, an American-Korean nun with over 10 years of experience, will assist to provide additional guidance.
