Join us for an evening of stillness, grounding, and reconnection.

This guided meditation circle is a space to put everything down — to slow the breath, settle the mind, and remember the steadiness beneath it all.

Through breathwork, body awareness, and energy-rooting techniques, we’ll invite the nervous system to soften and the body to feel supported again.

No experience needed — just bring your attention, an open mind, and your breath.

What to Expect
Gentle grounding breath and body-based meditation
Somatic centering and deep relaxation
Group reflection and open sharing (optional)
A calm, welcoming environment + grounded energy
