Details
About the Workshop
This series offers a sacred space for men to explore both the foundational benefits of meditation and the deeper esoteric states of the meditative journey. The gatherings are designed as an authentic, lived inquiry.
Core themes that will be shared and passed on:
- Overall spiritual maturity, cultivated through meditation, yielding a variety of spiritual gifts and capacities aligned with one's divine source.
- Near-Death Experiences, similar transformative experiences, and their lasting spiritual impact.
- Studies and insights into the realm of the miraculous, focusing on the direct presence, wisdom, and active intervention of Divine forces.
- Insights from working with telepathic non-verbal individuals and spiritual healers.
- Direct immersion in various traditions and practices of the great mystics.
- Insights from living among spiritual surgeons, energy healing practitioners, and mediums.
- Pragmatic spiritual practices that foster direct, transformative Divine encounters (theophanies).
- Encounters with various life-forms and intelligences as these pertain to one’s divinity and creatorship.
Format & Structure
- Phase 1 (Meet & Greet): We will begin with initial meetings (1–2 times per month) as a meet-and-greet to establish affinity and mutual alignment.
- Hybrid Cadence: To accommodate those living further away, every third meeting will be held in person, while others will be hosted online.
- Phase 2 (Closed Group): Once a core cohort is formed communally, enrollment will close for approximately six months. This allows the group to build continuity, trust, and depth over time.
- Supportive Wisdom Teachings & Healing: For participants seeking alternative or complementary healing support or wisdom practices—either alongside our gatherings or independently—we will provide introductions and resources to explore these paths. Often, wayfarers who cross our paths are short-term guests in need of help, and thus these gatherings may simply serve as a form of deeper examination and referral.
Guidelines & Reciprocity
- Privacy: Participants will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement to ensure a safe, private container. To maintain this safe and trusting space, sharing or exposing any participant's personal life, experiences, or expressions on social media or public platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Autonomy & Transformation: All suggested practices are merely invitations with immense possibilities for deep change and transformation. Each participant retains total freedom, personal agency, and full responsibility for their own journey and participation in these spiritual rites. The facilitators are free to introduce spiritual practices under the Freedom of Religion and Expression Act and, therefore, are likewise protected by these same freedoms.
- Contribution: A $35.00 loving gift of donation is suggested for each session—but optional. Participants can also give on a sliding scale given their means and their heart's desire to pass forward the blessings they give and receive.
RSVP / Inquiries: RSVP on Meetup, or contact Houman at lovelifeandsoul@gmail.com.
About the Facilitators
Houman is a philosopher, contemporary monk, and spiritual pilgrim. Driven by early transformative experiences—including childhood encounters with the Divine during wartime and a near-death experience as a teenager—he transitioned from a career in technology to a lifelong immersion in spiritual studies. Beginning with a sabbatical in 2004, he spent years conducting global field research, immersing himself in diverse spiritual traditions, and earning graduate degrees in philosophy and religious studies—all while traveling the world as a contemporary monk. His work bridges healing, spirituality, and the pragmatic practices of history’s mystics, scientists, and philosophers.
Philipp serves as an older spiritual brother and trusted companion for over twenty years. Having crossed paths with Houman through shared pilgrimages and parallel inquiries across academic and spiritual fields, Philipp brings a rich background spanning the semiconductor industry, indigenous and modern healing modalities, and Christian mystic traditions. The natural synergy and deep trust between Houman and Philipp foster a grounded, safe, and transformative environment for participants.
Here you will find some of Houman's background, studies, and writings (transformative.me). However, he often stresses that what is given and received in presence—in each other's presence and the Divine presence—which is not in writing, is what is real and contained in the gatherings.
