About us

I created this group for growth‑minded adults in the Bay Area who are ready to go deeper than small talk and into real self‑reflection.

This is a mixed‑gender, co‑ed circle for people who care about personal development, emotional maturity, and healing old patterns in love and in life. We’ll start with attachment styles and childhood patterns, and over time may explore topics like self‑worth, boundaries, nervous system regulation, relationships at work, and midlife transitions.

Our core format is a monthly in‑person book circle focused on personal growth books (starting with attachment). This is not a casual “did you like the book?” club; it’s a space for honest conversation, self‑inquiry, and being witnessed by others on a similar path.

The tone: deep, intimate, and grounded. We’re not here to fix each other, coach each other, or perform. We’re here to listen, share, and practice showing up as our real selves.

Group agreements (what you can expect):
– Confidentiality – what’s shared here stays here.
– Self‑responsibility – share from “I,” and take care of yourself (you can pass or step out at any time).
– No fixing or unsolicited advice – we listen first; advice only when requested.
– Respect – all genders, identities, and backgrounds are welcome; no hate, harassment, or discrimination.
– This is not therapy – it may feel therapeutic, but it’s not a replacement for 1:1 professional support.

If you’re someone who loves learning, wants to understand your own patterns more deeply, and craves thoughtful conversation with others on a similar path, you’re in the right place.

New members are welcome to come once, feel the space, and then decide if it’s a fit.

About the Organizer:
I’m a 48‑year‑old woman working in high tech who recently moved to the Bay Area and couldn’t find the kind of personal‑growth community I was craving. I’m passionate about attachment styles, healing childhood wounds, and integrating who we are at work and at home. I’m not a therapist; I’m simply someone committed to my own growth who loves creating thoughtful, structured spaces for others to grow alongside me.
