Think smoky jazz bar, think vivacious blonde in 40's fashion, and you'll have the 'first' of two scenes for our shoot.
Here's a couple words from Deanna our model for this meetup:
"I have done a number of group shoots before and I've always enjoyed meeting all the different photographers and all the fun and energy this generates. I love the retro look and am excited to recreate the glamour of the 40s and 50s night club; as I believe I've been born in the wrong era (there style was so dramatic and amazing)! =) Looking forward to meeting everyone!"
Lady's and gentlemen let me tell you, she'll be great and she's as classy as they come. She has already been working with me on wardrobe and other ideas.
Speaking of lady's, I'd like to see some of you lady's signing up for this event; as, (yes, I'll risk being a sterotyper) we all know women are 'BETTER' at posing the models than the men. Yes you're correct, that was a challenge guys.
I can go on all day about Deanna and the shoot; but, who'll find the props and prepare the sets. Let me leave you with this, as always you'll get a portfolio release with the shoot. If you want a commercial release you'll need to bring your release and pay $20 to the model.
Lastly, this shoot is for any experience level; so, beginners fear not.
