Bay Area Plein Air Artists is a welcoming community of artists who gather to paint the beauty of local landscapes throughout the Bay Area. Our meetups are designed to inspire creativity, connection, and growth in a supportive outdoor setting. We are committed to fostering a space where every artist feels safe, respected, and encouraged—regardless of skill level. Together, we share the joy of observing nature, capturing light and atmosphere, and building meaningful artistic friendships.

■ 2–3 small panels or sheets (8x10 or smaller)
■ Limited palette (4–5 colors)
■ 3 brushes (large / medium / small)
■ Palette knife

■ Small water/solvent container
■ Rag or paper towels

■ Wet panel holder or wax paper
