## Healing the Wounds of Childhood Through Parts Work. 4 week Workshop Series Beginning in August 2023 (onlh two spots left).

## About this event

One of the greatest forms of transformation that we can engage with in our development is that of parts works. Parts Work sees each individual as being comprised of multiple selves, and that if we engage with and build relationships with these different parts of self that we can become more whole and dynamic in our approach to life.

This workshop is designed for anyone that is interested in deepening their healing of pasts hurts and traumas through the work of IFS (Internal Family System) and parts work. The goals of this 4 week workshop are as follows:

• Strengthen relationship with inner child and other parts of self
• Gain clarity, insight and healing into past life events
• Learn tools to support growth and nurturing of more vulnerable parts of self

Dates & Times: 4 Wednesday Evenings 6pm-7:30pm 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/06
Participant Total: 6 people.

This is a donation based workshop to increase access to a greater audience, no one turned away for lack of funds, 40-80$ suggested total donation for 4 week course.

All Participants must commit to the 4 weeks for continuity for those involved.
