Enterprise Agile Transformations

Details
We have an exciting speaker: Prakash Bettadapur sharing his experiential insights!
The promise and power of Agile in Software actually comes from bringing a group of responsible and multi-talented software professionals to work in a collocated Scrum team environment. Despite best efforts to transform organizations, we find teams’ performance deteriorates after transformation and programs end up being unsuccessful. Why do such transformations go bad? How do we transform our individuals, our teams, our managers, our top leaders, and the entire organization, and align them with the new thinking? What do we do to change the environment – the processes, the tools – and the way we do business? How do we start with the transformation? Apply a big bang approach or an evolutionary one? What are the key metrics for successful adoption and organization transformation? I would like to share my views and experience on the topic of Successful Agile Transformations in this presentation.
