Prioritization, focus, time, tools, waste, and the emotional/mental cost of excellence - I’ll share observations, success, and learning from pursuing excellence for almost my entire life. Speaker Bio:
Jully Kim is the Sr. Director of Engineering Practices and Enablement and the chief of staff to the Chief Engineering Officer at Zendesk. She is responsible for the scaled operations, culture, and organizational agility of the global Engineering team. She has spoken on agility, influence, and organizational excellence. Before Zendesk, she held roles responsible for the growth and scale of a global PMO and Agile adoption across their product and engineering organizations, including Fastly, Big Commerce, and Turnitin. When she isn't clicking buttons on a computer, she's watching tending to her 500+ succulent garden, watching star wars with her 2 daughters, and cooking bbq rib feasts!
