Recently, Lena defended her dissertation “VUCA’s Effect on Burnout: Insights from the Technology Industry” at Creighton University. Lena explored how volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity affect employee well-being. The research sheds light on burnout’s hidden drivers.
