StriveForward is a community for people navigating one of life's hardest transitions. Whether you're divorced, separated, co-parenting, widowed, or still deciding what comes next, you'll find people here who genuinely understand, because they've been there too.

What We're About
A comfortable, trusting space to be heard, share what you're going through, and rebuild hope and momentum at your own pace. We're not here to fix you or rush you. We're here to walk alongside you, through the hard middle and the rebuilding after.

What We Do
Our events are run by members, for members: local get-togethers (hikes, coffee, indoor and outdoor activities), social events, workshops, one-on-one conversations with people in similar situations, and group peer-to-peer support through separation, divorce, and everything after.
Our community is online, and our in-person gatherings happen around New Jersey and New York, so you can take part wherever you are. We're guided by a leadership team elected by members for a fixed term.

How We Treat Each Other
Classy and cordial, always. Every member commits to empathy, integrity, and fairness, and to treating everyone with respect. We have zero tolerance for cruelty, harassment, or intolerance of any kind.

A Peer Community, Not Professional Advice
We're people who've lived it, not lawyers, financial advisors, or therapists. We share experience and point each other toward the right professionals, but nothing here is legal, financial, or medical advice. For your specific situation, always talk to a qualified professional.

Ground Rules

• Exclusivity/Agreement: Only you or your ex can be a member, whoever joins first. (Both are welcome only if both agree to keep it cordial and civil.)
• No Fees: There are never any fees, not for this group, and not for any of our community support.

Where We're Headed
Find us at **striveforward.org**, where we're building free resources: guides, tools, blogs, and a document library for the legal, financial, emotional, and parenting side of things. We're also partnering with local, national, and online communities to bring more support to our members.
