Awakened Radiance: A Morning Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey

This morning Yoga Nidra and sound journey begins in sacred community. We'll gather in circle to drop into presence, set heartfelt intentions, and honor the liminal space of becoming.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that bridges the conscious and subconscious mind. As the body surrenders into deep rest, this ancient practice gently guides you through the five layers of being (pancha maya kosha), awakening intuitive wisdom and a felt sense of wholeness.

Yoga Nidra leads the brain into a theta-dominant state—the same frequency associated with dreams and deep meditation—where the body restores and the subconscious opens for healing, clarity, and integration. Crystal singing bowls and soft chimes carry you deeper into relaxation, illuminating your inner landscape and attuning you to the quiet brilliance within.

We are still in the development phase, so temporary changing rooms, lockers, and outdoor open-air showers are available.

Please bring your own towels, robe (if desired), and sandals. We have a limited supply for rent or sale upon check-in, subject to availability.
