Tonight's Workout:
Warmup: We will start with a mile warmup (4 laps around)
Workout:
Straightaway sprints. We will sprint the straightaways and recover on the curves. 25 minutes.
Cool down: no cool down
If you come late, look for us at the 200m mark on the track.
