This bootcamp is designed to push your limits, build strength, improve endurance, and ignite team energy. Each workout blends cardio bursts, strength training, and core conditioning into a high-intensity session that keeps the body guessing and the mind engaged.
For runners, bootcamp training provides essential cross-training: it strengthens key muscle groups like the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core to support proper running form, reduces the risk of overuse injuries, and builds the explosive power and stamina needed to improve speed and endurance on the road or trail. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, the program scales to challenge everyone.
### Where to meet?
We will be by the bathrooms under the awning. Don't be shy! Just say hi!
### Format:
- Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Laps around the track at your own pace. - Main Circuit (30–35 minutes)
Performed in stations or rounds, alternating between cardio and strength.
### Mindset
Bootcamp is not about being the fastest or the strongest in the room—it’s about showing up, giving your best effort, and supporting those around you. Progress comes from consistency, effort, and the belief that you can do more than you thought possible.
