Nicholas Zakas and Victor Tsaran will give us an insider’s view into the work they’ve done for the newest Yahoo! homepage, while Dennis Lembree, will be talking about how to make JavaScript Accesible

Accessibility isn't hard, and contrary to popular belief, doesn't take a lot of extra effort. Learn how the Yahoo! homepage team built accessibility into the product development cycle with the goal of providing the best possible user experience to everyone. Using a combination of progressive enhancement, ARIA, and a little ingenuity, even the most complex and dynamic features on the new Yahoo! homepage's are available to everyone in interesting and fun ways.
Making JavaScript Accessible by Dennis Lembree
Dennis Lembree, author of Web Axe and Accessible Twitter, explains some challenges and solutions for accessible JavaScript. Topics include progressive enhancement, ARIA, keyboard access, and appropriate usage. Several examples are discussed, including a few from Accessible Twitter.
