Each member participates in activities solely by choice and participation itself relinquishes Bayside Motorcycle Riders (BMR) as an organization, and any of its organizers, officers or event organizers, personally and jointly of any responsibility for any and all liabilities resulting from participation in any group-related event or activity. Any personal injury or property damage occurring during a club activity or during personal travel to or from the activity, becomes the responsibility of the individual parties involved, and at no time shall the BMR or its organizer(s), officers or event organizers be held liable.

All activities and events must comply with any and all state or local laws and ordinances. BMR reserves the right to accept or reject members and to periodically, and without notice, revise or amend rules and regulations where necessary. You have been advised to wear a helmet at all times.
