Thank you Healthcare Heroes: A Free Meditation for those on the Front Lines

To the healthcare workers on the front lines, facing battles we never imagined: we thank you, we honor you, and we are thinking of you. You have such courage and gather your strength each morning to go into action, and you come back to your home, perhaps hoping to catch a moment of silence. To support your well being at this time, we offer a free weekly meditation series specifically for you and your unique circumstance as healthcare professionals. We wish to help release and let go of the burdens carried at this time. Mental health is essential. Every Monday from 9-10 pm: a relaxing guided meditation to release accumulated stress and restore peace in your body and mind.
