Are you carrying too much on your mind?
Join us from the comfort of your home for a special online session. Many people use journaling to organize their thoughts, but often, writing them down just makes us replay the same worries.
In this session, we go one step further. We don't just list our burdens—we discard them.
Brought to you by Bayside Meditation Center, this workshop uses a unique method to help you subtract the roots of your stress and find your true self. Note: This is not a typical mindfulness or breathing class.
What we will do:

  1. Journaling: We will start by writing down the clutter in our minds—stress, anxiety, and repetitive thoughts—to bring them to the surface.
  2. Discarding Meditation: Guided by an expert, you will learn how to actively discard the "false mind" (the root of those thoughts) using our specific meditation technique.
  3. Clarity: Experience the lightness that comes when you truly let go.

How to join:

  • Preparation: Please have a notebook and pen ready in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
