A good friend, and colleague of Caroline's, Carlo Longino passed away on the afternoon of Friday, October 6th in Austin, Texas.

As many of you know, Carlo worked in developer relations for over seven years. I personally learned a lot from him. Moreover, his good humor and genuine care always made my day better. He will be sorely missed.

Carlo struggled with a long bout of cancer, surviving for two years, in part because of modern treatments.
