Let's make a Discord bot!

Our meetup has a Discord server (invite link: Boulder Rust). You know what would be cool? If we had a Discord bot for our server! Let's write one!
Before the meetup I'm going to prepare a template for a Discord bot. At the meetup we'll split up into groups and see who can write the best chatbot commands. Be thinking of what you want your Discord bot commands to do! We'll be sure to pair newer Rust programmers with more experienced ones, so all skill levels are welcome.
Be sure to bring your laptop!
