Kevin Spease, Managing Partner, ISSE Services
Kevin is President and CEO at ISSE Services. He is responsible for the performance and oversight of all information system security engineering consulting services. In addition to healthcare, environmental and logistics web-based application security, Kevin has experience with Air Force strategic and Army tactical weapons applications. He formerly served in the California Army National Guard and the US Air Force. Kevin earned an MBA from University of Phoenix, is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) – Information System Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and is a Planning Commissioner in the City of Elk Grove.

Panelist Bios:
Monte Ratzlaff directs the system wide Cyber Risk Program at University of California Office of the President. In his role, Monte participates with University of California leaders to establish cyber risk strategic plans and objectives. He also leads the UC Health Chief Information Security Officers from each UC Health location in various information security related initiatives. In his prior role at UC Davis Health System, Monte managed the IT Security department and also served as the Chief Security Officer. Mr. Ratzlaff has extensive experience in information security within the banking and health care industries and holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) professional designations.
John Hainaut has twenty years experience in key leadership roles ranging from successful revitalization of a large profit center to managing complex projects and systems deployments. He has an extensive background in organizing, planning, and managing large projects to implementation. As CTO for a nationwide consulting organization, John led the development alliance channels as well as deployment of the entire IT infrastructure which included custom developed systems, ERP, web portals, web sites, networks and security. As General Manager for a fortune 50 corporation, John revitalized a major profit center and delivered profitability improvements of over 200% for three consecutive years.
