# MONDAY RUN: Beach 5K with BCN Entrepreneurs & Professionals!
Start the week with the right energy!
Join BCN Globals Sports Club for a relaxed 5K beach run with ambitious, international & local people in Barcelona: entrepreneurs, professionals, founders, freelancers, creatives, and anyone who wants to move, connect, and kickstart the week with good energy!
Beginners Welcome!
We are here to have a good time, boost our energy, meet great people, and start the week in the best mindset.
Two pace groups: 5 minutes per Km, and 6 minutes per Km.

## 📍 Meeting Point: La Carioca, Barceloneta
VENUE: La Carioca Restaurant. A few meters from Barceloneta Metro Station on the Yellow Line.
STORAGE: The restaurant can store our belongings. Storage is limited, so please bring as little as possible.
DISCOUNT: We have a 10% discount on drinks & food at the venue fter the run. 🔥
WATER: La Carioca provides free water jars so runners can hydrate after the run. 💦

## 🕢 Program
7:30pm: Meet at La Carioca
7:45pm: Simple networking game icebreaker + warm-up
8:00pm*: Start of the run*
During the run*: We may take 1–2 short breaks, depending on the group. Some weeks we run 5K non-stop.*
Approx. 8:30pm*: Return to La Carioca for water, cool down and stretching*
8:30pm onwards*: Optional drink &* dinner with 10% discount at La Carioca
