Join us for a relaxed 1h30 morning walk from Plaça Catalunya through the Gothic Quarter and into El Born, designed especially for BCN newcomers who want to feel more oriented, more connected, and a little more at home.
We’ll start in the heart of the city, learn how Barcelona is laid out, walk through iconic streets and hidden corners, and meet other people who are also building their life here.

Understand the city center, the old town, the sea/mountain direction, and how locals move through the city.
🏛️ Iconic + hidden stops
From Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla to the Gothic Quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, the famous “kiss mural,” the arches of Carrer del Bisbe, Plaça Reial, Via Laietana, El Born, and Santa Maria del Mar.
🤝 Meet other newcomers
A simple, friendly way to connect with people who are also figuring out Barcelona.
☕ Optional coffee after
We’ll officially finish after 1h30, but anyone who wants can stay for coffee nearby.

Message from the Host 👋
Hi, I’m Lucas, and I’ll be your host for this walk.
I’ve been living in Barcelona for a few years, and one of my favorite things is showing the city to people who are new in town.
I’m also the founder of BCN Globals, a community created to help internationals live their best life in Barcelona through social events, sports, local experiences, practical help, and meaningful connections.
The tour will be in English, and I speak three other languages fluently: French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
With BCN Globals, I create experiences and services for the international community and I like staying close to the people who make Barcelona such a global, welcoming city.
