Oxfordshire Branch of The British Computer Society (BCS) The Chartered Institute for IT, run monthly talks on a variety of computer related topics. Computing is a broad church so we select a wide variety of topics to reflect this.

The BCS Oxfordshire is pleased to announce the 3rd annual Women in IT Event in Oxfordshire.
The hybrid event will be held on Wednesday 9th October the day after Ada Lovelace day with talks from academia and industry followed by a networking session.
This event hopes to bring together women from across all stages of their careers in technology, providing a forum to share experiences and promote the retention and empowerment of women in the IT industry.
This event will continue the success of the previous events in 2023 and 2022.
Talks will take place from 18:00 – 19:30 in hybrid, after which there will be an in person networking event with Tea, Coffee and Robots.This is a hybrid meeting registration is required for either in-person or online https://oxfordshire_branch_09102024.eventbrite.co.uk/
