Created and facilitated by Brian Ahlering (Mind Body Disciple), this class offers structured, progressive training that helps you get stronger week by week—without burning out.
Class includes:

  • Total-body strength training
  • Dumbbells and step platforms
  • Exercises like step-ups, lunges, chest press, and chest flys
  • More dynamic movement and transitions, including getting up and down from the floor

This is training for life—helping you move through the world with strength, confidence, and capability.
