Welcome to Be FUKin' Queer! A monthly meetup in Fukuoka for English-speaking queer people and allies who want a relaxed place to meet others.

Just a space to be yourself, without feeling like the minority in the room. It is not about dating, not about drinking, not about educating nor promoting. Just an opportunity to meet without pressure. Simply being here is enough.

There’s no fixed program. For now, we will try to meet once a month in an open park. A low-key way to get together, and the activity (a meal, a picnic, a walk) matters less than the people.

First time? Come alone, come as you are. Everyone has been the new person, and you’ll find someone to talk to.
