Join us for fun and healthy adventures in Provo! We focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle through activities like walking, biking, camping, and cooking lite. Our group also offers support, education, and discussions on topics such as metabolism, energy, exercise, and overcoming our common food habits and addictions. Our society has normalized ultra-processed "food" as being an adequate alternative to real, nutritious, and whole foods that humans have lived on for thousands of years. Come be a part of a group that seeks to change what we put in our bodies and to be healthy again.
