Healthy Pot Luck: Come Learn How to Be Healthy Again!

Do you want to control what goes in your body? Are you frustrated with the distractions that keep you from living your dream life? Do you wish for a community to help you along your health goals? The purpose of this event is to meet people in the community who share your desire for a clean life, a life of freedom and control. To introduce ourselves and the goals of this group, we will be meeting at Rock Canyon Park located in Provo, Friday April 26th. This is a potluck! Please bring one dish or side that is healthy (i.e. no ultra-processed foods, no prepackaged items; only whole, organic, and natural foods) and prepare to have a fun evening of games, education, and insight into the foods we consume.
