About us
You’ll be welcomed at Pavona Bar by one of our hosts as people arrive. At 5pm, we’ll head downstairs to a private room where the session begins, led by our trainers on the evening’s topic. Group participation is encouraged, with some simple exercises to help you practice conversations in a relaxed, non-judgemental space. Around 6:30pm, we’ll head back upstairs—feel free to stay for a drink and socialise or head off, whatever suits you.
Charisma is one of the most powerful and most misunderstood skills in modern life.
In a world where so much of our interaction happens through screens, many of us struggle with something they rarely talk about: feeling disconnected from others. Conversations feel harder. Social confidence can dip.
People want deeper connections but often don’t know where to practice the skills that make those connections happen.
This group exists to change that.
Our bi-weekly Charisma Training Meetups are designed to help people become more confident, engaging and authentic in the way they connect with others.
Through simple exercises, guided practice and real-world communication tools, you'll learn skills that help you speak with presence, listen deeply, build rapport and express yourself naturally.
Each event includes a short training session where we explore practical charisma skills — followed by relaxed social time where you can meet new people and put those skills into action in a supportive environment.
Whether you want to improve your social confidence, make new friends, become a better communicator, or simply spend more time connecting with people in the real world, you’re welcome here.
The events are open to everyone, and designed to be friendly and low-pressure. Just come along, learn something new, and meet great people.
Creating space for genuine human connection is fast becoming an after thought, prioritising spaces to practice it matters more than ever.
