Find it hard to stay in the present moment? Do you want to be fitter and healthier but find yourself unmotivated or slipping into bad habits? If so then welcome to Be More Zen.

This group is for people who want to improve their mental and physical health and find more purpose in their lives. Every other week we will host an event that will be a combination of exercise, meditation and social activity.

Trying to do things alone requires discipline, willpower and energy. Doing things in a group can make that process fun, easy and adds social accountability to keep you on track.
